I call myself an historian (and why not - who will correct me?)  So. Let me introduce: 

“The Lendrum Clan”. From the Highlands of Scotland - to the green, green grass of Ireland. 

Then through the generations: leading us to the land of -

Their lands were confiscated and their name evolved over the centuries ...

c1656 - Lendrome /  Leathan Drum 

Leathan Drum is a broad ridge or moor of the ridge, from the Celtic.

c1770 - Landrum / Lendrum

Landrum a variant spelling of the Scottish family name Lendrum.
