Brian has spent 50 years out of New Zealand; in that time he has been New Zealand's Ambassador to India and Moscow - he also represented New Zealand at the League of Nations in Geneva - a bank manager (Hong Kong) a intelligence officer in the middle east - he has been an adviser to many NZ Prime Ministers: he has also meet Queen Elizabeth II.
