Shipping Policy
ASKTOM.co.nz will forward all products anywhere within New Zealand.
Orders generally take 3-5 working days to be delivered. All orders will be delivered by Post or Courier.
If your order does not arrive within this time frame, please contact us at tom@asktom.co.nz. For us to help you quickly, please include your order number in any correspondence.
Terms & Conditions:
General
All goods and services sold by us to you are sold on the terms of trade set out below. We may at any time vary these terms of trade. These terms of trade may not otherwise be varied unless agreed by us in writing. In these terms of trade, references to "we", "our" or "us" are references to ASKTOM and references to "you" and "your" are references to the customer.
Acceptance
You will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms of trade when you confirm an order for goods or services by clicking on the "SUBMIT" button or "I ACCEPT" button. Once your order has been accepted by us this will constitute a binding contract for the supply of the goods or services on these terms of trade
Price and Payment
For all goods or services ordered by you, you must pay the price for the goods or services specified on our website at the time your order is accepted by us. All payments are to be made by credit card (we accept Mastercard or Visa. We may contact you directly to confirm your credit card details. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST (being tax levied in accordance with the Goods and Services Tax Act 1985 and includes tax levied in substitution for such tax). You will pay all other applicable taxes, import duties, levies or tariffs which may be payable (if any).
Freight and Handling
ASKTOM'S prices include freight costs on all orders within New Zealand.
Order and Delivery
We will endeavor to deliver goods with a NZ delivery adddress ordered from us within 5 working days from the date we receive and accept your order. This will be subject to stock availability.
Property/Risk
Property and risk in goods ordered by you from us will pass to you upon delivery of the goods to your specified delivery address for the relevant order.
Liability
Subject to the provisions of this clause, to the extent permitted by law:
- All warranties, representations and guarantees (whether express, implied or statutory) are excluded;
- We will not be liable for any indirect losses or consequential damages of any kind suffered or incurred by you; and
- We limit our liability to the replacement, or replacement cost and the delivery cost, of the relevant goods at our option.
If you are not acquiring goods or services from us for business purposes, you may have rights and remedies under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 in which case the above exclusions and limitations (and any other provisions in these terms of trade which limit or exclude the rights and remedies available to you) will not apply to the extent these are inconsistent with your rights and remedies under that Act. If you are acquiring goods or services from us for business purposes, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 will not apply.
Returns & Refund Policy
Exchanges
ASKTOM are happy to exchange an item within 15 days of purchase. We do ask however, that all items are returned in their original condition and packaging. Please include a note with your name and order number. We will cover the cost of sending the new items to you and ask that you cover the cost of returning the unwanted items to us. Please then email us tom@asktom.co.nz with the items you are sending back for exchange, followed by the product that you wish to exchange the item(s) for or equal value less shipping.

Returns
ASKTOM is happy to accept returns -must be within 15 days of the invoice date. The goods must be in original condition with all labels attached and proof of purchase must be provided.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (15% good and service tax). All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. ASKTOM.co.nz prices and offers may vary from in store prices due to website specific sales and promotions. These promotions and prices will only be available online and not in any ASKTOM Stockist store. Sale prices are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Clearance and Product Supply
Whilst all care is taken to provide accurate stock numbers to ASKTOM.co.nz, from time to time we may be unable to supply an item(s) that may have been ordered. ASKTOM will communicate any issues with you as a result of short supply, and will credit without delay any monies paid for items not supplied.

Your right to use this website is personal to you and you are responsible for your own use of this website.
You may not download, modify, transmit, or otherwise use any material from this website for public or commercial purposes. This website content, information and advice is free of charge (unless otherwise stipulated). However, you are responsible for your own network and connection charges.

Vouchers and Promotions
From time to time ASKTOM and it associated companies offer customer the opportunity to redeem a voucher on purchases where a level of spend exceeds an agreed amount or on a specific item. In the case of such promotions customers are restricted to a single coupon use per transaction that meets the agreed spend level or item and time guidelines, multiple vouchers from such marketing opportunities cannot be used in a single qualifying transaction.

These terms of trade are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of New Zealand.
